· Purchasing digital prints and product does not give the buyer copyright to the original design, files or artwork.

Purchasing
After purchasing our digital products, you are able to download it right away.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
Due to the nature of a digital product, it can’t be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for a refund. We can’t accept cancellations for digital products.
Please choose carefully or ask us any questions before purchase. We aim to start working on your order as soon as possible after it comes in.
For all other items, to be eligible for refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the receipt date. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations.
1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the return item and reasons for return.
2. We’ll provide a simple Return Form which will need to be printed and filled out.
3. You have 5 business days from the day you get your Return Form to postmark the package back to us. The Return Form must be mailed in with the return package so we can properly identify your order. Unfortunately, if there is no form accompanying the returned item, the package will be mailed back to the sender.
The item(s) will be thoroughly inspected and if they are in returnable condition, a refund (less any original shipping charge) will be issued back in the original payment. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any returned item(s) that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. Give us 7-14 business days to process returns once the package is received!
At this time prepaid return labels are not available. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and shipping charges for any returns are the customer’s responsibility using a carrier of their choice. We are not liable for packages that get lost in transit so we highly recommend using a shipping service that is insured and can be trackable, as there is no guarantee that we will have received your package without this.
For any refused deliveries, any initial and reshipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Sophina Design reserves the right to revoke access to downloadable prints without a refund if the user fails to comply with these terms and the print has been downloaded.
Colours
Every effort is given to provide an accurate representation of colours, however unfortunately monitors and screens can show colours differently which is outside our control. Please keep this in mind when viewing colours. You can be rest assured we use one of the best printing firms in Canada who use state of the art printing technology.
Shipping
Please note that while every effort on our part is made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, the transit process is out of our hands. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or delays due to customs.
Canada: Delivery is approximately 4-10 business days. We can ship express via Canada Post for an additional fee, please contact us directly. Please allow wriggle room for holiday periods or remote areas.
Currently, we mainly ship to Canada, but Please contact us directly with your location so we can confirm delivery.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies.
Loss or Damage
Sophina Design can not be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives safely at your door by using appropriate packaging and safe delivery methods
